SHIPPING INFORMATIONS – RATES & POLICY

  • All orders done on had-italy.it website, will provide for free shipping.
  • Our products are usually delivered within 3 business days, from order’s date.
  • All shipments are fully insured.
  • From had-italy.it website, we do not ship to the territories of Andorra, Aruba, Fær Øer Islands, Gibraltar and Lichtenstein, although they belong to European customs and administrative areas.
  • Shipments to mailboxes are not possible. Orders to these addresses will be automatically cancelled.

 

DELIVERY TRACKING

  • We will send you an email confirming the carrier’s details and the tracking number as soon as your order is shipped. You can track the delivery status of your order at any time through the link of the shipment confirmation email.

  • Remember to check the condition of the package when it’s delivered. You can always refuse it or accept it tentatively if you have any reservations.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL – RETURNS POLICY

When shopping at had-italy.it you can always change your mind. If you are not satisfy of your purchase anymore, for any reason, you can return it within 45  days of receipt of shipment..

The cost of the return’s shipping will be at your expense . After making sure about the integrity of the product, had-italy.it will provide the refund of the total amount of your order.

How to return a product and receive a refund (or replacement of it):

  1. Pack item(s) in the original packaging including any documentation, accessories and manuals received with the product – make sure the package is secure and that the contents do not risk being damaged during shipping.
  2. Don’t forget to include the original delivery note.
  3. The total amount will be refund through the method of payment done in the order. Refunds normally arrive within 15 business days of receipt.

REFUNDS AND REPLACEMENT

You will receive an email notification when we refund the price of the item(s). Refunds normally arrive within 15 business days of receipt. If you have chosen to replace a faulty product, a new product will be sent to you as soon as the faulty product has been received and processed at our warehouse.

Note: had-italy.it only accept returns on items purchased from our website. Any other products, purchased from authorized retailers, must be returned to the place of purchase.

All refunds will occur via the original payment method.

GUARANTEE

Have a Dream S.r.l. provides a warranty on its products against breakages caused by material or manufacturing defects reported within two years of the date of delivery of the products, provided that Have a dream S.r.l. is notified of such defects within two months of their discovery. Scratching of the lenses is regarded as a normal consequence of wear and is not covered by the warranty, unless you can prove that the product was defective at the time of delivery.

The guarantee of contractual compliance provided for by law for products purchased by consumers shall apply without restriction.

Nothing in this Warranty Policy shall be interpreted as intended to exclude or limit Have a Dream S.r.l.’s liability in the event of (a) death or personal injury caused by Have a Dream’s negligence; (b) fraud, false declarations or gross negligence; or (c) any liability that cannot be limited or excluded in accordance with the applicable law.

SIZE GUIDE – WHAT DO THE NUMBERS ON MY GLASSES/SUNGLASSES FRAMES MEAN?

The measure are not the same in different models, because every model has its own wearing.

Most of our sunglasses and eyeglasses have the size measurement printed on the inside of the left temple. This usually consists of three numbers (sometimes only the first two are printed), for example: 50 20 150, that is the lens diameter, the width of the bridge and the length of temples.

 

LENS SIZE: 

The width of the lens is the first number in the sequence (50-20-150) and refers to the diameter of the lens, misurata dal ponte.

 

BRIDGE WIDTH:

The width of the bridge is the second number of the sequence (50-20-150).  The bridge size indicate the distance between lenses above the nose.

 

TEMPLES LENGTH:

The third number of the sequance (not always printed in all models ) represents the temple length, that is the measurement in millimetres of the ‘arms’ of the frame.
